Solano Napa Habitat for Humanity is a charitable 501(c)(3) organization.  Donations made to our affiliate are deductible to the full extent under the IRS code. Individuals may claim deductions as usual on their 1040 Form per IRS procedures.  Corporations should consult with their accountants for specific rules.

ReStore provides donors with a receipt that meets IRS requirement for a donation to a 501 (c)(3) organization.  It is up to the donor to determine and report to the IRS the value of the item donated.
