We acquired land for a new 3-home development in Fairfield! A big thanks to the Fairfield City Council for unanimously approving the sale of the lot on Woolner Avenue to Solano-Napa Habitat for Humanity for this new project. We are now in the construction phase, and we appreciate all the volunteers who have been assisting our Partner Families with the construction of their homes.
All three homes will have three bedrooms, two baths, a one-car garage and contain 1,289 square feet of living space. Our Partner Families will contribute sweat equity hours toward the construction of their future home, and will pay an affordable mortgage. We are currently seeking financial donations for this project, as well as donations of materials and labor to help bring these homes to fruition for three, deserving, local families.
