New Fairfield Building Project

Pre-development work has begun at our next Fairfield building site, located at the corner of Missouri and Taylor Streets.

Purchased in 2001 with CDBG (Community Development Block Grant) funds, this lot is being sub-divided into 3 parcels, 2 which will soon become new single-story homes for Habitat families and one which will be developed by Hanley Construction and sold as a market-rate house.
