Construction is now complete on our 3-home development in Fairfield! This milestone shines a light on the endless hours that the construction crew, made up of about 75% regular volunteers, have dedicated to making this build become a reality. A huge congratulations to the construction crew, dedicated volunteers, donors and funders, and our three Partner Families, who have collectively brought these homes to life.
Located on Woolner Avenue, all three homes have three bedrooms, two baths, a one-car garage and contain 1,289 square feet of living space. Our three Partner Families contributed sweat equity hours toward the construction of their future home, and will pay an affordable mortgage.
In November we will celebrate the official dedication of these homes, and the families will welcome guests to their new home for the first time. Thank you to everyone who has taken part in this journey!
