Solano-Napa Habitat for Humanity was honored as a 2017 Nonprofit of the Year at a celebration of California Nonprofits Day at the State Capitol in Sacramento. Our organization was selected by State Senator Bill Dodd as an exceptional nonprofit organization in his District #3 community. Solano-Napa Habitat for Humanity joined other nonprofit leaders from across the state being honored at the annual event in June 2017.

Solano-Napa Habitat for Humanity (SNHfH) is an independent affiliate of Habitat for Humanity International, which was founded in Americus, Georgia in 1976. More than 1,500 affiliates and 80 national organizations around the world have helped Habitat build, renovate or repair more than 600,000 homes worldwide. Habitat is currently ranked the 9th largest homebuilder in the United States.
In its 26 years of existence, Solano-Napa Habitat has built 15 new homes and rehabbed many more in Solano and Napa Counties. We are proud to say that this includes the 2 new homes recently completed on Missouri Street in Fairfield, CA.
