ReStore relies on volunteers to operate the store and donation center. Our volunteers are the face of our store while helping shoppers, donors and other volunteers. They set the tone and define the experience at ReStore.

Meet volunteer Claudine Kent

Claudine Kent is an AmeriCorps VISTA volunteer working on ReStore Development.  Claudine chose our ReStore to volunteer a year of services focusing on improving generation of high-value donation resources, encouraging and organizing volunteer service and developing these programs to help improve Habitat’s capacity building efforts in the community.

Claudine brings passion and tremendous thoughtfulness to her efforts. She is working hard with ReStore staff, volunteers and the community of Solano and Napa counties to grow the ReStore prescence and revenues.

“I truly believe in the mission of Habitat for Humanity and I consider it an honor to be a part of the Solano-Napa ReStore. Serving in an organization committed to changing the face of communities and eradicating poverty one house at a time gives me a since of great pride and purpose.”
